It Takes a Village

This is a great big THANK YOU to everyone who has helped Dragonfly and me get ready for this once-in-a-lifetime adventure.  The people from my work who went to lunch with me and got me a gift and TC&JR who are sending my office stuff to me in the mail.  All the people on the support team who have already gotten mail drops ready (and will get so many more ready),  KD and KD who shuttled the backpacks to Atlanta and KD&RK who will pick us up at the airport and shuttle us to the trailhead at Springer Mountain.  PG who is driving us (and our families) to the airport in the wee hours of tomorrow morning.  To all the peeps at St. Pauls UMC for their generosity in gifts, money, well wishes and prayers.  To our families in the many and varied ways they have helped us (time, money, gifts and love).

You have all made the preparations go more smoothly–thanks so much for helping out.
