When following the trail, you look for signs you are on the right path. An orange flower marks the way for Dragonfly and Prairie Dog.

Looks like you and Prairie Dog have got you stride down pat ,and are cruising up the trail…Happy trails to you ..
Hello Dragon Fly & Prairie Dog,
My dog, Ranger, and I met and briefly talked with you Monday near the Chatfield Shelter. The orange flower is a Flame Azalea and comes in shades of yellow to orange. Beautiful, isn’t it? Good Luck. I’ll be following your posts.

Hello Spartahiker! It was so sweet meeting you and Ranger the other day. Thanks for joining us here on the blog as well. Big thanks for identifying the beautiful orange flowers! If we don’t see you again on the trail, happy trails to you wherever they take you!
Beautiful flowers! Congrats on hiking over 500 miles!
Thanks, Camille. Hope you are well. I’ll see you when I get back.
