I’m doing OK!!!

Thanks for all your well-wishes and prayers.  I am doing fine.

After four days of being off the trail to heal from the torn muscle, we have now spent four days of hiking short miles.  The muscle doesn’t hurt unless I’ve overextend when I step down or up, but that isn’t very often.  But generally I don’t feel it at all.  I will continue to wear the elastic bandage for a few more days just to be on the safe side.

Stayed tuned for more when we get to a our resupply in a few days.

Thanks again.  All is well.  pd

Glad to hear , both of you back on the trail, and doing shorter mileage to help repair and strengthen you knee.. Shorter mileage better than no miles at all.. Have a great week of hiking and seeing the sights and sounds of the AT..ENJOY

I use an Ace knee support for tennis (available in CVS type stores) that is helpful for stability…I think it’s fairly new on the market…
