Ready to be finished in Virginia

We passed 900 miles while hiking through the Shenandoah National Park, and left the park on Thursday.  We  passed 1000 miles Saturday afternoon, left the state and entered West Virginia a half an hour later.    Soooo glad to be out of Virginia.  We arrived in Harper’s Ferry, WV on Sunday-the official half way point of the trail.

What an incredible journey this has been–and it is not over yet.
